The National Amtelco Equipment Owners association approached us to help them with training new employees for their member companies on Amtelco equipment software. We developed online interactive simulation training that gave newly hired employees a way to experience the look and feel as well as keyboard functions the real software required. New hires take this basic training before they graduate to live telephone agents.

NAEO member companies have also added their own training and other documents to enhance employee performance.
