Position
Summary:
This person must be a self-motivated, highly organized, can-deliver
person who thrives on tight deadlines and cutting-edge innovative projects
and who wants to work on a wide variety of local and national level projects.
Good verbal, written and spelling skills are a must.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
Design new and analyze existing web courseware built in Adobe Flash as well as other current technologies. Intermediate ActionScript a requirement. Advanced ActionScript will help separate you from the rest.
Be able to work with existing code and have a good working knowledge of Adobe software applications such as Flash 8, CS3, CS4, Dreamweaver, Encore, Premiere, Final Cut, and Photoshop. Examples of developed work will be required.
Additionally, analyze existing code for modification of existing web-based and
Windows applications built using html, asp, php, java, javascript, XML and
visual basic. Most of our projects and applications require an in-depth working
knowledge of MSSQL, MySQL and MS Access databases. Design test and implement
new features to existing applications as well as designing and programming
new applications. Setup, testing and implementation of Windows and Linux Web
Servers for use with our developed applications. Archive and document all
work performed. Work alone or in team environment either at our facility or
customer locations. Some travel may be required. Other duties as assigned. Some telecommuting can be accommodated.

Position

Introduce, educate and ensure maximum sales revenue potential of
our unique and innovative Web-based Learning Management Systems and Business
Information Systems.
Compensation:
50% Commission, 35% Residual. NO CAP on total sales. Benefits: NA
Duties
and Responsibilities:
Generate leads, sell and manage customer accounts.
Provide daily and weekly reports of all sales prospects and meetings
Self direct all account sales activities
Education
& Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing; or equivalent training
in business or sales management.
At least 5 years experience successfully selling Enterprise-class Information
Systems using relational databases, packaged Web-based Information and/or
Learning Management Systems software.
Effective at working with Middle and Senior Level Management in large corporate
environments.
Technical
Knowledge & Skills:
Possess good listening and analytical skills
High proficiency
in closing sales
High level of proficiency with Internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office Applications
Must own a multi-media capable laptop computer
Customer service skills with the ability to provide creative solutions to
achieve high level of customer satisfaction using our products and purchase
options
Well-groomed, highly motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented
Articulate and persuasive with a high level of written communication skills
Ability to generate custom proposals using provided proposal templates
Customer
Knowledge:
Knowledge of software licensing and software pricing practices
Understanding of the software sales cycle
